Will the girth decrease, stay the same or increase??
Due to the general tissue expansion the girth increases as well as the length. The average increase in length is 24%, and for girth 19% increase.

The silicone tube slips out of the notches!
This is usually caused by washing the tube frequently in warm water. Get new tubes from ProExtender™ Aps.

It feels like the circulation is cut off and i have soreness from the silicone tube.
Get either “Soft Attach” or “Comfort Strap”. Both are additions to the front piece widening the area of pressure, when tightening the tube. Soft Attach slips on to the silicone tube, where as the Comfort Strap is a whole new plastic front piece, including a 1 inch wide strap.

Will the enlargement mean 'weaker' erections?
No, in fact some users feel their erections get stronger due to the increased cell activity and blood flow from the treatment.

Can the ProExtender™ be worn at work and while you sleep?
If you have non physical job, the ProExtender™ can be worn under boxer shorts and loose fitting trousers. It may prove difficult to keep on during sleep, if you twist and turn a lot . The only way to determine this is by trying.

Can the treatment go on for as long as I want, and will I keep getting results ?
The enlargement will continue as the treatment continues.

Does the use of the ProExtender™ require medical experience or the help of a Doctor?

Does the ProExtender™ require a certain length or thickness of the penis?
No! The ProExtender™ is developed for penises of all proportions. It can also be used on circumcised penises.

Does the effect recede over time?
No! The enlargement of the penis is permanent.

Are there any side effects?
No the use of the ProExtender™ have no influence on erection, urination or fertility. The ProExtender™ does not cause allergy. Some initial soreness is normal.
